Our Story

Our business was started in 1986 with a shipment of 2 containers to Japan for evaluation as part of the Ohio Department of Development program for expanding exports from the state. Since that time KAPI has expanded to shipping containers world wide, as well as a large domestic customer base.

Our soybean varieties used are developed exclusively by KAPI, and tested rigorously at multiple research and development locations.

Soybeans processed by KAPI are used for a variety of products including, but not limited to: tofu, soymilk, and soy sauce.
